Positions Available:
(we provide paid training for each position)
AQUATIC TEAM
Teach fun, small group classes in our indoor, warm water pools.
DRY TEAM
Provide excellent service to every person who comes in contact with our school. These positions require fluency in English and Spanish.

Ocaquatics is constantly growing, so we are always looking for people to join our leadership and management teams! You don't need a college degree to be part of our management team, but we do require work experience at Ocaquatics to be considered. Start your journey today!

Our Hiring Process:

- In person interviews, including a pool interview for applicants interested in an aquatic position.
- Group interview
**We drug test and background check all of our team members.
The applicant must be invited to each step of the process. Once the applicant has completed every step above we will determine if they are a good candidate to start our training program.
